The Universitas Leadership Program or ULP is the key leadership program of the Foundation which aims to form leaders in all sectors of society. The ULP is composed of courses or seminars that enable each participant to understand and imbibe the Foundation’s core values as summarized in the three C‘s — competence, character, and conscience.
Currently, the projects being offered under the ULP include the Principled Leadership Course (PLC), Leading Leaders (LL), Campus Reach Out (CRO), and Outreach Talks. However, more projects are being developed and will soon be implemented, one of which is the Bayanihan, an initiative focused on the formation of leaders working in or connected with local government units (LGUs).
