On the 21 st of July, the First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan (in the Philippines) Hiromichi Matsuo will
deliver the graduation address to the participants of Inquies Pro Lege 2018 as the program’s Guest of
Honor and Speaker at Samar Study Center in Quezon City.

Mr. Matsuo obtained his Law degree from Kobe University and began his diplomatic career at the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) before working his way up to the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines.

The last three days of the program will also feature prominent guest speakers such as Atty. Jack San Diego, the first Dean of the UA&P School of Law and Governance; Judge Ed Bellosillo, the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City, Branch 95; and Atty. Jan Lumanta, who graduated valedictorian of his batch in law school, and has established his own law firm.
